Refund & Return Policy
At Atlas Voyage, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, returns and refunds are handled under fair and reasonable conditions to protect both customers and our business.
1. RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Requests made outside this period may not be accepted, unless required by applicable consumer law.
2. ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Be in original packaging with tags where applicable
- Be free of damage, stains, or odors caused after delivery
- Include proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or may qualify only for a partial refund where legally permitted.
3. RETURN PROCESS
All returns must be requested in advance.

Returns sent without prior contact may experience delays in processing.
4. RETURN SHIPPING
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, etc.):
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law
- We recommend tracked shipping
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit where no tracking is provided.
5. INSPECTION & PROCESSING
All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
Where permitted by law, we reserve the right to reduce refunds if returned goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
6. EXCHANGES
We often recommend exchanges instead of refunds where suitable.
Depending on the case, we may offer:
- Size replacements
- Product exchange
- Store credit
This can often be faster than a refund.
7. CANCELLATIONS
Orders are processed quickly. Therefore:
- Orders cannot be guaranteed for cancellation once placed
- If you need to cancel or amend an order, contact us immediately
If the order has already shipped, it may need to be returned after delivery in accordance with this policy.
8. DELIVERY & DELAYS
Shipping times are estimates only.
Delays caused by:
- Carriers
- Customs clearance
- Weather
- High seasonal demand
- Events outside our control
do not automatically qualify for refunds.
9. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Order number
- Clear photo evidence
We may offer, depending on the case:
- Replacement
- Refund
- Store credit
10. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We may not accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items clearly worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Hygiene-sensitive goods where opened, if legally exempt
Sale items may still qualify where required under applicable law.
11. EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

- Returned goods may be inspected
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise required by law
12. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for processing
Where legally permitted, partial refunds may apply if returned goods have diminished value due to unnecessary handling.
13. CHARGEBACK & ABUSE POLICY
We actively monitor fraudulent or abusive activity.
We reserve the right to:
- Contest invalid chargebacks with evidence
- Restrict future purchases
- Share relevant transaction information with payment processors and fraud prevention partners where lawful
